Kat Easto (b. 1998) is an artist and set designer based in London.
Using world-building and atmospheric detail, Kat invites you into the quietly curious world of her mind.
Spanning across oil painting, digital work, staged photography and installations, the unsettling and bizarre atmosphere across her work is instantly palpable. Often inspired by the empty and abandoned architecture of her hometown, Croydon, Kat considers these buildings to be ominous sets for a film that never got made, and have started forming a new strange life of their own.
